He was very helpful in answering all my questons.. he was in training.. and i was transfered over to his supervisor after the confersation was completed.. and his supervisor says to me i wouldn't but that phone and i never use the web etc.. she misrepresented her company and of course reported her 2x.. after spending a lot for this cool phone and have been with t mobil for 5 years and always, always had a wondeful experience.. untill she gave me her opinion... didn't ask for it!!! I hope this phone is great... and i hope u never get his supervisor when u call. when i get the phone on friday i will leave a comment on how the phone is, good or bad... read a lot about it.. and it sounds great!. .. i do have the wing now.. and love that phone too, but this phone has gps, and a lot of new features i cant wait to explore.... well, thanks for reading my comment! while i was on the phone with a wonderful sales person (steve from washington).. buying a new g1 phone..
